Blue Star Steel opened its doors in 1995 and has become one of Salt Lake City's premier industrial steel fabricators. Serving primarily, but not limited to, the intermountain west, Blue Star takes pride in every product that moves through its state-of-the-art facility. We have highly skilled project managers and craftsmen whose expertise is unmatched in our industry. This includes two full time AWS-QC1 certified CWI on staff, and our company is certified by AISC, ASME, API and the National Board. Our product line includes structural steel, plate work, platforms, handrails, tanks, vessels (including ASME-certified vessels), pipes, pipe rack, and piping systems, skids, bins, chutes and hoppers. Blue Star Steel has strong relationships with steel manufactures that allow us to buy material direct to help ensure a complete and competitive fabrication package in a timely manner. We conduct thorough inspection of all parts and products before shipment.
